Privacy Policy
Effective 15 September 2026. This policy covers this website, www.lumuhealth.com, operated by Let Us Meet You Where You Are LLC (“Lumu Health”). It does not cover the protected health information you share as a patient during actual clinical care — that is governed by HIPAA and our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, provided directly when you become a patient.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through this website. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. If you email or call us directly, we hold that conversation too. We do not ask for payment or insurance details through this website.
How we use it
To answer your question, follow up if you asked us to, and schedule a free consultation if you requested one. That's the whole purpose.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we can call or text you back about your question or consultation. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. We never share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with the services that make this site work: our website host and our email provider. We would also disclose information if the law required it — for example a court order.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently run analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. If a reviews widget is added in the future, that third-party service may set its own cookies — this section will be updated if and when that happens.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through this site are kept while they're useful for running the practice and meeting our record-keeping obligations. If you want your details removed sooner, ask us.
Security
Your message is sent over an encrypted connection and stored on access-restricted systems. No method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we do not keep anything we do not need.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will deal with it.
